1. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services for:

• Illegal activity or fraud
• Impersonation or harassment
• Spam or unsolicited messages in violation of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or similar laws
• Unauthorized scraping or data extraction
• Phishing or malware distribution
• Unlawful telemarketing
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Use of stolen databases or unauthorized personal data
• Deceptive AI content intended to mislead
• Fake reviews or fabricated testimonials presented as genuine
• Discriminatory automated decision-making where prohibited by law
• Unlawful surveillance

2. Security Responsibility

Juggernaut uses reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute cybersecurity. Client remains responsible for account passwords, employee access, user permissions, connected systems, hardware, local security, and phishing prevention. Juggernaut is not liable for compromise caused by client credentials or client-controlled systems.

3. Enforcement

Juggernaut may suspend or terminate access for violations of this AUP. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that pose legal or compliance risk to Juggernaut or its other clients.
