Juggernaut may use traditional design tools, digital editing, retouching, AI image generation, AI image enhancement, background replacement, background removal, image resizing, compositing, color correction, conceptual imagery, AI-assisted copywriting, AI-assisted design, synthetic imagery, and licensed stock photography for client projects and Juggernaut marketing.

    2. Client Acknowledgment

Client acknowledges that Juggernaut may use artificial intelligence and other digital tools in connection with design, development, copywriting, image enhancement, background creation, resizing, retouching, conceptual imagery, automation, and related services. AI-assisted outputs may contain inaccuracies, visual inconsistencies, artifacts, or unintended results and must be reviewed before publication or business use. Juggernaut does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be unique, copyrightable, trademarkable, or free from similarity to third-party content.

    3. Real People & Likeness Protection

When the client provides an image containing a real identifiable individual, the client confirms that it has the legal authority and any necessary consent to authorize commercial use. This applies to customers, employees, family members, models, influencers, contractors, event attendees, and children/minors. Client is responsible for obtaining legally sufficient parent or guardian consent for the commercial use of any identifiable minor where required.

    4. AI & Real Person Manipulation

Juggernaut will not knowingly use AI to falsely portray an identifiable real person as endorsing a company, purchasing a product, using a product, giving a testimonial, making a statement, participating in an event, or engaging in conduct they did not actually perform without appropriate authorization.

    5. Fictional vs. Real People

AI-generated fictional people may be used in conceptual or marketing imagery, but should not be represented as actual customers, employees, or endorsers unless clearly disclosed.

    6. Client-Supplied Content Authorization

Client represents and warrants that it owns, licenses, or otherwise has sufficient authority to provide and authorize Juggernaut to use, reproduce, display, publish, edit, modify, enhance, adapt, migrate, resize, optimize, retouch, crop, reformat, composite, distribute, and process all content supplied or approved by Client. This includes:

Juggernaut is not responsible for claims caused by unauthorized materials supplied, directed, approved, or requested by the client.

    7. Testimonials & Reviews

Juggernaut will not knowingly generate fake customer reviews or fabricated testimonials and present them as genuine. Client is responsible for ensuring testimonials and endorsements it supplies are authentic and legally usable. Any testimonial used should reflect an actual experience and should not contain materially deceptive claims.
