    B. Billing & Payments

    • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

    5. Cancellation & Termination

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time unless bound by a separate written agreement
    • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund prior charges
    • Juggernaut may suspend or terminate Services for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform
    • Upon termination, access to Services and data may be limited or removed, subject to legal obligations

    6. Acceptable Use Policy

    You agree not to:

    8. Data & Privacy

    Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data and customer information. By using our Services, you grant Juggernaut permission to process data solely to provide and improve the Services.

    9. Third-Party Services

    Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (SMS providers, email services, payment processors, review platforms, social media). Juggernaut is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or policy changes.

    10. Intellectual Property

    All content, software, branding, workflows, and AI systems are the intellectual property of Juggernaut AI Solutions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • Juggernaut is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months
    • We are not responsible for lost revenue, missed leads, or operational errors resulting from automation or third-party services

    12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juggernaut AI Solutions from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

    • Your use of the Services
    • Violations of applicable laws
    • Communications sent through the platform
    • Customer disputes or regulatory actions

    13. No Guarantees

    We do not guarantee:

    • Specific revenue increases
    • Conversion rates or booking volume
    • Review scores or customer behavior

    All performance outcomes depend on business factors beyond our control.

    14. SMS Terms

    Program Description:

    We send appointment confirmations, service updates, customer support responses, and promotional offers to users who have opted in through our website forms.

    Cancellations & Opt-Out:

    You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
